King David wrote
the Psalms with such intimacy. Countless volumes of devotions have been written
in many forms and styles and lengths, their intention being to assist us as we
walk a path toward Him. You are invited to bring your favorite devotions to
share with one another. Writing a devotion is a worshipful expression of your
love for the King of King’s and His ways. I’ve been so grateful for the
devotions I’ve read and how they have motivated and inspired me to look up out
of my doldrums!

Kinney will be teaching our lesson for this meeting and we will be exploring
classical and unique forms of devotions that may be written for private
journals or public publication.
The prompt for this month is, “Write
a devotion, any topic or style that you like!” We would love to hear what you have to share!
And you may also read a five minute selection from your work in progress. We are a safe place to share and
grow.
Warning you may end up loving to write!
Visit a local shop and bring your
coffee or cappuccino with you.
